"Cooked eggs twice and still not correct. Waitress never once refilled my coffee and was telling me how I wanted my stuff cooked and was totally wrong. Cook had a cocky attitude."

"Stopped in at the Pinnacle location for breakfast after a doctor visit. This location is on the main entry road of the Pinnacle - traffic can be crazy at times. But we got a booth and we’re greeted by all of the employees in less than a minute. We ordered the breakfast that had a little bit of everything - eggs, bacon, toast, hash browns and a waffle. The wait was not long because we we entertained by the conversations between customers that eat here very often and the waitress. Our food arrived quickly - it was delicious, hot and prolific! More food than we could finish. After I finished my food I went to the cash register to pay for our meal, only to find out that the frequent customer had taken care of our food. There is still nice people in the world. I picked another table out of the guests and paid for their food. Hopefully the pay it forward movement went on all day. This location is the best Waffle House that we have eaten at in multiple states and cities. If you are in the are looking for breakfast definitely give the restaurant a try!!!"

"I Hate to review this well known business but......on our visit today we encountered many things that shouldn't be happening whilst there. The window cleaners cleaned the outside windows, came inside and started cleaning windows at table areas where no one was seated using the same squeegee that were used outside. Needless to say after cleaning the inside windows there was water and bugs on the window seals , tables and splashed on the napkin holders, salt and pepper shakers and table. Why would a business have window cleaners doing this. Not to mention the roach on the table that appeared after the patrons left their table. Photos don't lie. Staff - loud employees and inappropriate conversations"
