"This is the worst restaurant in bristol to eat at . They really need to shut this place down or fire everyone and start new . If u can't get orders right when u no cars in drive through. That's weak management not teaching there employees simple task . Wendy's wasn't founded on weak management or not being great with food making capabilities. Hopefully someone they may care about Wendy's u really need to fix this location or shut it down"

"Waited about 10 minutes for my food for it to be raw as heck with not fully cooked bacon. Disgusting will not be eating there again."

"Usually good. Showed up tonight at 1145 pm. Waited in drive thru line for about 15 minutes. Finally got to the order box at 1159 and was asked “Are you DoorDash?” No I’m not DoorDash. “Well we’re closed no we can only serve people who were in line.” Now I’m irritated and giving my money to Taco Bell instead."

My chicken sandwich and fries were on counter behind front counter ,watch them open wrapper up 3 times and look at it.same with the guy in front of me.gave his order to an employee.said they were 3 people short, if you can't run the restaurant with what you have shut it down. Oh and my order was wrong when I finally got it..."

"BEWARE WENDYS ON VOLUNTEER PARKWAY! Ordered a jr bacon double cheeseburger plain in drive thru this afternoon. Opened it up to see a sandwich that had been doused in condiments, but wiped off. Like very clear chunks of mustard rubbed into the buns and beef patties. Talk about gross, unprofessional, and unhygienic! Who in their right mind thinks this is acceptable?!? I went into the lobby to get my sandwich replaced and there were flies everywhere. The manager walked in from smoking outside, didn't wash her hands, looked over my crusty burger and was unapologetic and unsympathetic. My replacement "food" came up and boy am I glad I checked it before leaving the store. No bacon! Finally got a new sandwich, 3rd try, and it was still supbar. The bun was hard, cold, and stale. 3 strikes, you're out. I won't be back. Oh yeah, the manager took back the previous 2 messed up sandwiches. Instead of tossing them, I wouldn't be surprised if she dusted them off and tried to sell them to another customer like what they did to me the first time. No smiles, no sorrys, no customer service. NO THANK YOU!"
