"This place is so packed they need another place to serve everyone or more parking and twice the staff. They're great. But on Saturday there was almost road rage to get into the place. Great for business, but not for customers."

"I'll admit to being a bit grumpy as this was the second Starbucks that was unable to fill my order for a Chai Tea Latte. And I had to settle for a different drink - definitely first world problems. I'll also admit that the staff looked run off their feet because the location was super busy. The drive through was stacked up, cups were running out, ice stations needed refilling, and it took several minutes for someone to make it to the counter. No problems with the service at all, just understandably slow. There were only a few cake pops left to choose from in the bakery case. The dining area could have used some attention, so could the bathrooms. With the amount of orders pouring in it's understandable. Despite the obviously overwhelmed staff service was friendly. In fact it was amazingly friendly given the circumstances. Kudos to the crew on shift early Sunday afternoon - they were pretty amazing under pressure. I sincerely hope they know how much I appreciated them. And I hope I didn't add to their stress level."

"This place is very new, but has a wonderful vibe to it. The map might show that nothing is there, but it's only because it is newly built. The staff appear to be mostly new people, but they work hard and treat the customers very well. Some of the reviews so far have talked about how slowly they have been, but this is probably mostly because of the newer baristas. But, given a short amount of time, I'm sure they'll hit their stride and provide a quickness of service that matches their wonderfully amiable staff. As an example of their quality service toward their customers, I had to wait a while for my mobile order, only to realize that I had chosen an option to pick it up through the drive-thru instead, and when I realized this, it has already been a while after they had made it and set it near the register at the drive-thru window. When I asked about my drink, which was a triple Espresso, Zach, one of the baristas, went and got it for my very quickly. I asked how long it had been sitting over there, he said he didn't know and offered to pull me another, fresher one. This is the kind of quality service I have come to expect from Starbucks, and which was clearly shown to me on this occasion, as well. On a different note, the photos with this review show the beautifully-designed interior that I have seen in many other Starbucks, and happens to be one of my favorite, as the seating on the side looks out into the store, which I like. It also has two sections of chairs around a central fire-pit-style round table and a long meeting/gathering table in the middle, as well as a bar in front of the Cold Brew station. This structure is incredibly nice and inviting, as it allows for a variety of individual needs and purposes when coming inside of Starbucks to spend some time, whether working or socializing, or both."
