"This location needs to pay attention, slow service, instructions not followed, 3 times the order was made wrong and they did not male the meal completely fresh when they finally got it right, the chicken was cold, cheese not melted, cheese dip for fires half empty, but hey the fountain drink was drinkable. I don't normally go out of my way to leave a review like that and I know few if anyone who can make a difference there will see this but ill go ahead and speak up for probably countless who just left not satisfied. Location is in Old Forrest across from the Walmart... tighten up"
"I ordered grilled cheese nacho fries that looked like 4 fries with a 1/4lb of cheese and miscellaneous food. My fiance ordered a quesadilla that tasted like it was made yesterday and not cut at all. We even got Cinnabon delights and it looked like it was found under the fryer from a week ago. My fiance got five layer burrito that she never received and my beefy melt burrito was literally just beef and cheese. One of the worst experiences at a Taco Bell ever."
"Be ready when you go inside to place your order on the self-serve kiosk, none of the employees check the front counter. You're also gonna have to double-check to see if you got your sauce packets, too. I got home without any of the sauces I put on the order. Thankfully, I'm not that far, and they have a sauce table tray in the lobby."
"DON'T USE A CASH APP CARD PEOPLE WORKING THERE WILL CHARGE YOUR CARD TWO DIFFERENT TIMES TWO DIFFERENT TRANSACTIONS! Used my cash app card to purchase food looked at my cash app the next day knowing I had about $20 saw I have none. Looked at recent transactions store charged me 2 times for one visit. I feel dumb I bragged on this taco bell because they never messed up my order here they are charging people 2 times. Disgraceful and Should be ashamed."
"So when inside to order food but went to the bathroom first. When I to wash my hands there was no running water. I already had soap in my hand that was not able to wash my hands. I tried multiple times. Had to go to the men's bathroom just to wash my hands. When I brought it to the girl's attention that run the front she said that it's been that way for a month. The staff goes in the kitchen area and washes their hands but that is dangerous and disgusting."
