"Woman at the first window taking orders was rude and clearly hates her job. The fries were cold and stale as if they’d been sitting for over an hour. If you go in the mornings, this is usually a great McDonald’s. But go later in the night and it’s terrible. I went at 7:30 btw. Not like I went there right before they close. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because they actually do have a good crew in the mornings and I rarely go at night."
"My first visit to this location the young man taking orders at the drive thru was beyond rude. When he asked what I wanted to order I said "Just a moment please." He responded "Hurry up, I ain't got no minute! I got a job to do and there's a line!" There were no other vehicles in line at this time. So I drove off. The second time I went to this location half my order was not in the bag so I parked and went in and was one of three customers in the lobby. It took a staff of five people 15 minutes to correct my order. So, yeah, no, won't go there again."
"I had a pleasant experience at McDonald's and I'd like to commend Shaheim for his excellent service in providing warm food, even at a later hour. This made my visit very enjoyable. Keep up the great work!"
"The worst McDonald’s ever! Went through the drive thru and ordered a spicy deluxe meal and regular deluxe chicken meal. I walked back in 3 times to get my order corrected because each time I was handed 2 spicy regular sandwiches!! And after the 3rd time walking back in it was still wrong because I was handed two deluxe sandwiches!! And the manager, the first time I walked in, took the bag from me and put his hands all in the bag and handed it back to me and said here you can keep this if you’d like!! No thanks I said! Why would I want it back after you touched it?? They couldn’t get the order right and think they deserve $15 per hour why?"
"Food was cold when served, employees are always on their phones. When I went through the line today, it seemed the person that was handling the food was more interested in their after work date they were talking to then checking to see if they are even serving edible food. Ended up tossing it as it was disgusting."
