"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Horrible service. Disgusting inside. No soap in the restroom. Hopefully the employees have some to wash their hands. Music blasting. Waited 20 minutes for a breakfast wrap that was still frozen in the middle. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!"

"I have been trying to keep giving chances but I honestly don’t know what has happened to the quality of food at this Dunkin I asked for glaze donuts they are barley glazed and dry ask for a coconut donut barley coated asked for a Boston cream and lemon donut and they were empty. I love their coffee I just wish it was different"

"I placed a large order on the app: 50 munchkins, 12 donuts, 1 coffee, 1 sandwich. It said to give them some extra time because of the large order, no problem. I arrive 30 minutes later, waited 20 minutes in the drive thru at a standstill, and was still 5 cars from the window. I parked and walked in. They not only didn't have my order ready after 50 minutes, but they couldn't find my order. It took another 15 minutes in the store with zero sense of urgency, I had retell them my order, they were out of donuts, coffee was lukewarm, and they never made the sandwich. The dozen donuts were put in 3 munchkin boxes instead of the flat boxes. The boxes weren't put together well and collapsed in my car with sprinkles, icing, and donuts going everywhere. 0/10 Do not recommend."

"I am not local to Lynchburg (moved away when I was 9) but I have family here and my sister is expecting a baby. Despite being 400 miles away, I wanted to be apart of this exciting time so I got to coordinate revealing the gender of her baby to her and her family. This Dunkin’ location went above and beyond to help me. I ordered through the app then called them at 6:30 am to explain the occasion and they took it from there and did a great job making it special. The staff that was working on 10/20 really deserves recognition for exceeding the customer’s expectations. I ordered a simple 6ct strawberry iced with sprinkles and you will see from the photo how much love and attention they devoted to this. This is something our family will remember forever and I will be forever grateful for! So thank you so much!!!"

"Today was free donut day with any drink purchase. The refreshers are the BEST... just request no ice bc your drink will be filled to the rim with ice and 2 sips of drink. The lines stay long but they move pretty fast. My only issue... my donuts are NEVER warm. They always cold. Other than that... good customer service."
