"I ordered delivery (food and smoothies) and my 2 smoothies were not delivered. (Not the stores fault, that was DoorDash‘s fault). After DoorDash wouldn’t respond to any of my texts, I called the store and spoke with the general manager of the Lynchburg VA store. She was absolutely AMAZING, understanding, and extremely apologetic (again, not the stores fault at all). She went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy and replaced the undelivered smoothies. It’s very hard to find good customer service, but she was by far some of the BEST customer service I’ve ever had in my life. She definitely needs to be recognized for her awesome work and positive attitude!!"
"The facility was clean and welcoming. The cashier did not offer the friendliest service. She had difficulty answering basic questions about their app and menu. My daughter loved her Strawberry blend smoothie. I ordered the island green and found it a little to bitter for my taste. I could not detect pineapple or Mango flavor at all. It also had large pieces of greens in it. Needed more time in the blender to puree properly."

"Very clean and well kept. Love the Island Green. Try adding veg protein. Came out perfect, and not too sweet. To the owner: crew was a mixed. Lady working today 6/21 at 11am and wearing a pink shirt had a great attitude, helpful, and the ideal customer-service personality."
