"First of all I must say that this is my favorite location by far. Orders are always accurate, and staff is always professional , friendly , attentive. Today was totally different. I visited 9/18/2023 at 7:30pm and was told that I wasn’t able to order because they were no longer taking cash. I also wasn’t given an explanation why. I guess I’ll call first next time to make sure cash is being accepted."
"Stopped by after an Amazon return through UPS. The barista was great and able to explain that I need to order a traditional Macchiato as a “traditional “ or “coffeehouse “ Macchiato in order to get the espresso/ foam version that I prefer rather than the Starbucks branded Macchiato. She made one up for me and it was somewhere between wonderful and divine."
"Me and my husband arrived at the Boonsboro, Lynchburg VA Starbucks on our anniversary to get some coffee. We often love this location although we were rudely greeted with a few employees telling us to leave immediately after walking into the store because they already cleaned and didn’t want to serve us. Very upsetting and I hope management teaches them if they are open they should be willing to make coffee even if they are too tired. It’s their job."
"So while some staff are good, this store is filled with idiots. I ordered my drink and then went for a refill and was denied it. (When you get a drink and consume it in the store and pay for said drink with the store app, you qualify for a free refill of Drip coffee, Ice Coffee, Hot tea, or Cold Brew.) And then told I didn't know what I was talking about. After a call to the Customer service line it was confirmed that I was right. When I went back with proof I was right I was called a bigot just because of my employer. While the girl belittled me the other staff member said he felt attacked because she said I was a bigot. I will never go here again."
