"I study at this location at least twice a week. They do a great job always handing out free samples and they always have water on hand. This is my favorite Starbucks in the Lynchburg area. Luke and Grace are super friendly. Luke greets everyone who walks in and is always smiling. I love this Starbucks being my third place."

"I have ordered from this starbucks a lot. I have not experienced this before. I ordered a pumpkin spice latte grande. In the drive thru. When i received it, i remember instantly thinking it felt very light...half full. But didn't check because i didn't think it was possible. While im driving i decide to check because it felt way too light. Sure enough i took the lid off and my grande was half full. I payed full price and didn't even get a cup filled. I'm very disappointed about this. $6 for a half cup of coffee is ridiculous. (Photo is only with one sip taken, i could take the photo while driving)"

Also when I got my drink there was no caramel sauce at all and I asked for cinnamon dolce sprinkles and got cinnamon powder instead I honestly feel like I was treated horribly excessive wait time rudeness from the person making my drink and all just for to get the opposite of what I payed for …"
