"Messed up a large takeout order (no biscuits, no all-white meat as requested and charged for). Spoke with the manager who was supposed to pass it on to the district manager to contact us, but have heard nothing. The location in Forest, which is under a different franchise, is much better and on top of customer service."
"Food is good. The restaurant is clean. The employees are friendly. Unfortunately the service is unpredictable- sometimes they close the dining room is closed due to lack of staff. Also, check your drive thru order- more than once we have had to go back to pick up missing food."
"Bojangles has gotten over priced 12.99 for 4 tenders a SMALL fry and SMALL drink is ridiculous. The service is trash at EVERY location and they always forget something. If I’m paying this crazy amount of money for food then I should at LEAST get exceptional service. The whole chain needs to be brought back down to reality."
"Pretty quick service. Some of the staff is friendly. Others, not so much. They gave me crunchy bacon when I asked for it but I got burnt Bo rounds. The bacon egg and cheese biscuit was okay. Fries weren't too bad. The Bo berry biscuits, however, were delicious!"
