"My first review of my experience so far has all 5 Stars. Rachel is my leasing consultant and everything has gone smoothly including signing my lease with a fast approaching move-in date. The Resident Portal is easy to use and very convenient. The amenities are spotless and look exactly like their website photos. Every staff member has been friendly and helpful and I look forward to moving in."
"Possibly beautiful amenities , but not right now. From the moment you enter and hear the banging sliding door, you should know that this place is a work in progress . The 5 star review here is from one of the salespeople … we really wanted to rent here, and were given plenty of time and attention until I presented the 500 dollar “amenity” fee. Turns out it was a non refundable application fee. Despite the fact that our application was not processed correctly, nor provided with a lease to sign and review. The fee was retained . We waited a week for the lease. Theee days before our expected move in date we heard not a word about our parking space, our lease, or anything really. We walked in 3 days before our move in date and cancelled . Approach with caution, get everything in writing and expect a hard sell followed by empty promises and little follow up Try the meadows of Montgomery and ask for Kia before signing"
"Nicole, my sales consultant was professional and very helpful. I had a scheduled appointment and was so impressed with her and the icon riverwalk complex. She showed me the entire facility and possible units that might be an interest to me. She explained all of the expenses and current specials. Hoping they will be able to open more of this beautiful complex soon. The gardens and view were lovely. Thank you for your time and expertise."
"I am not a tenant however expressed interest, and went in for a tour. Rachel was on duty, she did not take down our information, she was abrupt and did not give us the impression that she was interested in making a sale. The place is pretty empty. If I were the owners I would speak to the sales folks regarding technique, and customer service. If you do not believe me try sending someone in to do a secret shop to see how your sales person is representing your investment. In addition, There were dead bugs in the room and dirty carpets in the rooms we toured. Coffee maker was not working in common areas. Nothing is up and functioning related to decreased occupancy. If you want a $1000 community fee, 4 month payment penalty for potential breaking of lease. Water and sewer no based on usuals but dividing up based on community usage and a host of other fees such as valet trash pick up etc…you are going to have to step it up. PS per the above verbiage, yes I am an educated professional and yes you lost the sale. I would not say buyer beware however I will say proceed with caution and ask for another sales person that is a bit more knowledgeable and engaged."
"Staff very unorganized, and they do not work with urgency. Customer service is the worst that I have seen. No response to work order requests. Move in process was horrendous. As the saying goes all that glitter is not gold, prospective renters beware. Some of the reasons listed above could be driver for very low occupancy rate, and non renewal of lease agreements. UPDATE JULY 16, 2022: Within the past 5 working days numerous aging Work orders in the Greystar Residential portal were closed without the work being performed. Management did not reach out to determine if the work was completed or if the repair was still required. Current and prospective renters be prepared to perform your own repairs, and pack your toolbox. If you would like confirmation of these claims, attend a community network event and speak with current tenants."
