"My daughter was looking for an apartment for the past six months and looked online and found in Berkley Chase. Absolutely amazing community. The new property management company along with Phil , The property manager , have this community looking beautiful. I could not find a piece of trash in the whole parking lot. Everything is brand new - from the asphalt paving to the dumpsters to my daughters apartment. She will be the first person living in her unit since it was renovated. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend !!"

"I made 3 appointments with them to see this apartment on my days off and even left early for work one day. All times no one was there with the leasing door cracked open. I actually waited around for an hour and came back and forth from the coffee shop across the street. Call all through out the day after the hour I waited. I hope won't say I'm lying there's cameras in the entry way. I drove around the apartment to see if maybe they were touring, nothing. Then I left a message with someone, never got back. Hire NEW STAFF, clearly they don't care."

"I absolutely have to say this is the most incredible apartment complex. The management in this development is unmatched. We unfortunately experienced a small fire in our unit and management, including the head manager Phillip, was on scene almost as soon as the fire department was. They were incredibly kind, reassuring us our safety was the utmost important thing, as soon as we were cleared to enter the unit the maintenance team went in, removed all damaged items, and helped me clean up. Within 30 minutes Phillip had new appliances delivered and installed in our unit, with no charge to us. That level of service is unheard of in most complexes, and this isn’t the first time they have quickly resolved issues. I can’t recommend this place enough. They truly go above and beyond to take care of their tenants, grounds, and units. Thank you Phillip and team for taking such good care of us!"
