Best Western Plus Philadelphia Bensalem Hotel 3499 Street Road, Bensalem, PA 19020

"Better than I expected, at least no mildew smell. No bed bugs. Medium firm bed, small pillows, enough of towels . Decent home used hair dryer. Strong bath water but very very weak shower head . Convenient location , there is Dunkin Donut next to the property and WaWa right opposite. Decent for one night stay. Paid for $94 the day b4 check in on Saturday (long weekend) Didn’t use the facilities and missed the breakfast time!"

"My family and I stayed at this hotel 3 nights. It looks like the hotel is under new management so I would like to provide some feedback. First, I want to say that the breakfast is great and you can tell that the ladies take pride in providing the best service. The rooms were also very clean as well as the rest of the hotel. You can see the workers smiling and happily doing their job which is refreshing to see now in days. However, some pillows were so hard it was not comfortable to sleep on. The jacuzzi was cold which made me really sad since I was looking forward to it. A lot of things in the rooms are very run down and the short lady with curly hair at the front desk that checked us in was rude."

"The Best Western had many things I enjoyed. They have an inside pool, bar, great location, free breakfast and I loved the outdoor patio. The roms were clean and the staff was both helpful and friendly. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel or my stay there. I would definitely stay there again and recommend you visit The Best Western"

"Happy with the location and rooms. Visiting Sesame Street place. Easy walk to Wawa/ bar was open on the weekend. Breakfast and the staff were fantastic- lots of offerings, very clean, everything hot. Biggest issue has been the availability of the pool. States open 9-9. An indoor pool/ hot tub in the fall was part of the reason why we were willing to pay more for this hotel. Very disappointed to find the room locked and told not open until 12. Wouldn’t recommend if this is an amenity you are looking for. Wouldn’t stay here again since facilities aren’t what is promised and advertised"

"Location is ok, just off of the (slightly) busy road and near the parkways. Ample parking in the parking lot. Rooms were further back on the property and away from the main entrance area. Room had basic amenities, but ours had no hair dryer. Room was not completely clean; found some pieces of garbage (empty soda cans/bottles and used food condiments cups/packets) from previous guests under each bed. One of the light on the nightstand was visibly damaged but was still working. The pool and hot tub were great options available for guests, as well as the fitness center. The staff was friendly and courteous. There were some conflicting information either posted in specific hotel areas, room information sheet/paper, website, or directly from the staff on site. Breakfast was very good and the staff working there were attentive, helpful, and kept the area clean, stocked, and organized. Very good having the coffee machine in the lobby accessible anytime of the day."
