"BEWARE!!! Retired Amry veteran with a service animal and was denied a room. Had documentation and the proper credentials to validate everything. Still denied a room. The hotel staff didn't even care. Just said that they don't take pets. Even service animals. Was given this card with the man's name who denied my entry."

"This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed in! We booked this hotel a year and a half ago for my wedding night. At the time they told us we were the first guests to get a room block. My husband went to check in the Friday night before our wedding and they didn't have the bridal suite available. They overbooked and gave it to other guests. Our hotel keys did not work when we finally got a room as well as many other guests. The front desk was chaotic and extremely unaccommodating. We are so disappointed in this hotel and will be sure to tell everyone we know to never stay here. I would not trust them!"

"Can’t fault this hotel at all. I’ve just spent a month here while working in the area. The hotel is close to many eateries and links to transportation is great. The breakfast, while it’s the exact same everyday, was tasty and fresh cooked. (The eggs were usually different each day, actually.) The waffle machines were addictive and I will definitely miss those in my kitchen back home! The staff were great and the facilities were very clean and well maintained. Fresh coffee/chocolate/tea whenever you wanted 24/7, a decent gymnasium and the pool was a surprise before the shut it up for winter. Big shout out to Sal on reception too for an unwavering cheery welcome ‘home’ each day! Always upbeat with a can-do attitude. Thx"

"The good: the night auditor is excellent. Rooms are well appointed. The ugly: I work for a major transportation company who has a contract with this hotel to provide us with our federally mandated hours of rest required by law. The manager escorted me from my room and said I am no longer welcome at this property after 11am. We checked in at 5am and leave when called by our company. This hotel has handled us before and knows this so I do not know why this individual acted in the way he did."

"The hotel was OK. It had more appeal online than it did when we arrived. I requested a feather free room, it was all feather. we weren't told up front about the security deposit, and when we arrived, the discount we were told we were getting for going to a concert at the XCite center, we weren't getting. $119, turned into $200 real quick. they had complimentary coffee, lemon, cucumber water upon arrival. the beds, minus the feathers, were super comfy. as soon as I laid down to rest my legs for the show, I fell asleep and woke up an hour before we had to be there, great nap. I hadn't slept in weeks. short distance to the casino, Staff was super friendly, well, there was one girl who was super friendly. the complimentary breakfast in the morning was HUGE and according to my fiance, delicious. I enjoyed sleeping. the water pressure in the shower was great- it even had a grab bar- which was awesome for me because I'm disabled. oh, the air didn't work. it was OK. I don't think we'd stay again, it was too much money for not enough."
