"I tend to ignore negative reviews, and keep an open mind. I scheduled an appointment for a tour, got there a little early and no one was there. Called several times, no answer. Waited for about a half hour before leaving. The prices listed are lies as well. Only saw the outside, and it's pretty trashy. If you're thinking "screw it, doesn't hurt to look" don't waste your time. I left work to get a tour, and was very disappointed"

"Infested with mice & roaches. Worst Apartment complex and management I have ever encountered. Currently live here going on 3 1/2 years due to cost, rent is 960$ for 1 bd apartment and rising. Management & maintenance ignores every issue and are impossible to contact. Recently had a break in to our vehicles, reported immediately and unable to obtain CCTV footage because "They're too busy" it's been over a week. They don't run heat in the winter and no thermostat in units, Fire alarm panel constantly malfunctioning due to faulty wiring, they do not tow unauthorized vehicles in lot leaving no parking for residents, houses illegal immigrants & seasonal workers during summer and fall months, sometimes up to 6-8 people per one bedroom apartment. Water comes out white from the tap, no pressure due to plumbing from the 50s. No landlord present, all buildings and paperwork managed by one overworked and incompetent maintenance man. If you can think of a problem this place has it."

"The Rent is at a decent price. The Leasing Agent was wonderful and emphasized that this is a place that wants to improve itself and she is a nice person who genuinelyseems to care about everyonein her buildings. Any small movein issues I had were taken care of right away."

"This year has shown wonderful improvements at this complex, due to change in new Management, our property manager Phil is outstanding in caring for our apartment community and Luis Morales (maintenance) has made beautiful renovations."

"Good size apartments for a fair price for the area. Property Manager is very nice and makes sure anything you need is taken care of. I haven't had many issues with my apt but the couple I did have the maintenance man fixed right away. Convenient location close to the market, mall and other stores which is a huge plus."
