"In my 25 years of living here under two different ownerships of experience, good rental services, mostly for anything major. But one more minor things like an outside light over the doorway, doorbells that do not work. But in my building, I have excellent neighbors who look out for each other."
"I’ve been a resident here for about 3 years and I absolutely love it here. Beautiful apartments and a nice courtyard for my kids to play in. Everyone here is very kind and it’s definitely a peaceful complex. Ciara is great and very attentive. Any issues I have had she took care of immediately. Overall it’s just a wonderful place to live!"
"Lived here in the early 2000s when it was called Cornwells Station Apartments. It was not the greatest place (landlord was the classic slumlord who drove around in an Acura). Repairs were made by competent, hard-working staff who were given used, old parts to work with. The units themselves are laid out nicely with decent closet space. Location is perfect, with I-95 and the Amtrak/SEPTA Cornwells Heights Station within walking distance."
"When I first came to primavera square I had a day full of a bunch of different apartments complex viewings, they all seemed to blend together except primavera square. They go above and beyond to help their tenants/ future tenants. The first person I talked to was the realtor Ciara who made me feel so at home. I was quick to find out that even at 11p at night Ciara was there for any problem that I had, she goes above and beyond. Truly a great employee."
