"Very very nice place to live! 【Highly recommended. 】Quiet and clean! It is the BEST Apartments around King Of Prussia. I had very horrible experience at Dekalb Apartments in East Norriton from SCULLY Company. They are fake & they don't care about tenants all they care is about money. I paid $1500 to left Decal Apartments because they couldn't handle the noisy complaint by laud neighbors and the Apartments is very very old! AC made by 60years ago. I found this perfect apartment after breaking my least with Dekalb Apartments. The King Of Prussia Arms Apartments staffs are very nice! Helpful and sincerely. Choose Arm, live happy."

"I’ve only been here since July and every month is horrible. The guy directly below me constantly plays his guitar, is yelling about beating his girlfriend, and is blasting his music. I’ve had the cops come out about 10 times now showing them proof of it and they’re going to start citing him. I show the leasing office and they say “ no one else is saying anything about it so it’s he says he says” really? That’s how you handle it? I’m seeing a lawyer tomorrow to discuss my options because if they don’t handle it, I’m going to refuse to pay rent because the leasing office is breaking its own lease. It’s absolutely pathetic. They just want money and that’s it."

"Very nice area and affordable apartments. The staff is caring and very pleasant would of stayed if I didn't buy a house but overall a quiet area great for raising a small family. Staff attends to needs in a quick manner. Maintenance guy was awesome R.I.P. Rick."
