"Horrible.. Simply overpriced. Horrible Management..Been here going on year two and will be my last!! If it wasn't for the $5000 to break my lease I would be gone!! Photos show the neglect of ice on walkways which shows The Point across the street with clear walkways. Trash rooms are disgusting, Mice in halls, garage is awful and only 4 EV chargers where if you leave your car anytime over the limit you will have notes..Manger does nothing!! I write and hardly get response and if I do nothing gets done.. The dog waste bins are always overflowing with neglect. The gym always had lights out or missing equipment. I pay over $3000 for a two bedroom and I can not wait to leave..The noise from the apartment above is horrible, you can hear dripping in the walls and smells of cigarettes in the vents...The town center is great and maybe will move to another building but STAY CLEAR OF THIS BUILDING!!! unlike their walkways..."
"Only been two months here but are extremely pleased with the staff. Have dealt with Anthony and he goes out of his way to please and also Krysta who is very helpful. Also dealt with Brad and Brittany who are also helpful. They are all pleasant and nice to deal with. The maintenance people are friendly and efficient. Too bad that some of the tenants can’t follow the rules like picking up after their dogs, leaving trash room a mess and making sure outside doors are closed and locked properly. Management should have a way to zero in on those who don’t follow the rules because their carelessness affects us all. Thanks for the opportunity to express our feelings."
"DO NOT LIVE HERE! Where do I start? They had maintenance issues all of the time we lived there. There were several gas leaks that they said was from a stove being left on but it lasted for days and after that PECO came and told us there was a gas leak in 2 apartments. It was never taken care and Brad always had an excuse. They had several water leaks. The first floor was flooded 3 times during my time living there. This also was not communicated with us and we found out from other residents. The rent goes up every year and for the mold issues they just paint over it. We found mold growing on our window and their solution was to give my pregnant wife the Clorox to clean it. We had other friends that were residents and they also had mold all over their walls. We moved because we had two babies and we were starting to have health issues because of this. This was the worst experience of our life."
"I was a resident from 2017-2023 at INDIGO 301. Once Greystar came into the picture, things started to go downhill. The only bright spot was the maintenance, they were understaffed, but if you had an issue they were quickly to fix the situation. I left in at the end of July 2023 and I am still waiting for my deposit from the company. I have called and I always got the message that they are waiting for ACCOUNTING. This is not a great way of treating tenants present and past. I would have given it no stars, but I have to give praise to the maintenance. They were always friendly and if I put a request for something to be fixed, they were quick in getting the situation completed."
"This building is starting to look like Section 8 housing - not the vibe to have in an upscale town center like this. Toured the property several months back and property management was very nice and professional. However, my concerns around the quality of the construction and outer appearance of the building factored heavily into my decision not to rent here. From the outside, the building is not aging well at all and looks in a bit of disrepair. Greystar would do well to power wash the outside of the building and perform some cosmetic repairs. It doesn’t look like much, if any, outside maintenance is being done. If you look at the 2nd floor balcony of the units facing Town Center, you will see pieces of siding / wood/paint hanging loose underneath the balcony. If I lived in those units, I’d have some serious concerns. Photos below show how bad it looks. EDIT : In the 6 days since I posted the photos below, it looks like the Greystar team removed the loose hanging pieces (well, most of it). It still looks bad because no attempt was made to repaint or repair. It looks like someone just “tore” off the loose pieces and called it a day LOL."
