Element Valley Forge King of Prussia

"This was my first experience with staying at the Element by Westin and it was hands down the best hotel experience I've had in a while. The rooms were very clean and the complimentary breakfast was great as well. The staff was very pleasant and helpful throughout the entire stay. I will definitely stay at this location again."

"Big thank you to Jupiter, she is a keeper! We stayed over Christmas. We liked the hotel a lot but some points were disappointing and need to be fixed! - breakfast was poor, no cream cheese or butter for days. Bagels sometimes very old. The Guy at the Breakfast seemed nice but I don’t think it’s the right job for him. I always felt like a burden when I asked for some pancakes. - the Happy Hour - Beer wasn’t working the whole stay :) :( + the room was clean + service, if we asked for towels or anything else we got it right away. Even on Christmas and there wasn’t a lot of staff around we didn’t had to wait. + free cookies + indoor pool"

"Went there late at night on new years eve to book a room and got great service from the guy at the front desk. Room was plenty big and very nice. Bed very comfy and room was clean. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again oh and elevator had extra security where u had to scan ur room card to go up and down. Did like that extra security in the hotel"

"During my stay from 12/26-12/29, the hotel's strong points were its prime location near KOP mall and i76, coupled with decently clean rooms. However, the overall experience was marred by generally inhospitable staff, with the exception of the welcoming lady at check-in. Additionally, thin walls allowed for a lack of privacy, as conversations from adjacent rooms were audible, and the breakfast options were disappointingly limited. Despite certain positives, the mixed aspects impacted the overall stay."

"I wish I could give zero stars to this place. Location is great, but everything else was not satisfactory and way below level of service you would expect from a Westin and, ultimately, from a Marriott hotel. I stayed for 4 nights and the only reason I did not leave the hotel after the first night is because other area hotels had no rooms available. Will never stay here again. Breakfast had very limited options: dried out scrambled eggs (made from powder?), white sliced bread (like a supermarket brand) and packaged instant oatmeal pouches. You can get yogurt and fruit if you come before 8 am, but it's gone after that and no one replenished anything. The chef/server that was on staff for two days I stayed at the hotel was rude and did not even try to accommodate guests. Rooms are not cleaned properly. My room had dust on the floor and crumbs in the kitchen area. Would not suggest walking barefoot for sure... Internet connection was poor and I lost connection at least once or twice per hour making it very hard to work from the hotel. The hotel advertises Happy Hour with wine and beer every night during the week, but so far they did not have any wine. No water and no disinfecting wipes in the gym. They have a water dispenser, but it was out of service for the last 3 days."
