"I stayed in room 507 not far from the elevators! Their was no hot water I tried to shower from 8pm -3am called front desk spoke to William he said my hey we’re working on it with an attitude as if I did something to him , also I was woken up at 3am I had gotten bitten about 4/5 times by bed bugs , since I booked through Priceline their saying I hv to wait to speak to a manager about a refund not even close to 5stars!"
"A little hiccup at checking in and a two hour plus delay checking in, maid walking into the room at 9am and rushed out at 11am no late check out and breakfast isn't what I thought it was but wasn't that bad compared to others. Was very disappointed , especially when I'm there for 21 hours and almost 5 to 6 hours was ruined. Well that's 25% of what I paid for. You pay a little more for the attention, but I'd rather pay less and be left alone. Very disappointed ."
"I stayed at the Hampton Inn in King of Prussia over the New Year’s weekend. The place was relatively quiet, which is what I needed. The room was clean and the breakfast was exceptionally good, far beyond the continental breakfast I was expecting. The only problem I had was with the refrigerator, which I discovered was not working after I let a full meal sit in it overnight. I had purchased the meal on Sunday, thinking that the restaurant would be closed on Monday, the holiday. When I called the front desk, for more than an hour, I received no answer. When I went downstairs, I found someone sitting right by the phone. I told him what had happened and produced my receipt. Because I had paid with points for the hotel stay, he only offered me $36.00 in snacks from their store. Snacks vs. a real meal. No thank you. I spoke to his manager the next morning who was extremely quick to say he could not help me and referred me to the next person above him. I asked that the refrigerator be replaced which Kyle, the maintenance man did right away. Kyle discovered there was a problem with the outlet and was exceptionally nice. When I spoke with David, another front desk person, he actually apologized for the inconvenience, made a copy of my receipt and promised he would inform the General Manager Thomas Cherundolo as soon as he arrived. When I came back a short time later, I met the GM who promised to credit points, because the hotel is cashless, back to my account. Well, after 3 weeks, one email and two voicemails I haven’t received what was promised. It would just be nice if people actually did what they said. Special thanks to Kyle and David for providing me great customer service. Your actions were really appreciated. If I get my points for the meal I didn’t eat, I will be happy to revise this review."
"The man on duty gave us complimentary bottles of water even though we booked through a third party. The first room had a dirty chair on the seat and only two sets of towels (there were three of us). The phone wasn’t working, so I walked down to the front desk. I was just going to ask for an extra set of towels, but the man said it was unacceptable and switched us to another room down the hall. The place looks new and renovated but upon closer inspection, it’s a bit dirty. We only needed a place to sleep and shower, and it did satisfy both of those. Parking is free, and there is free breakfast. Was surprised that checkout is until 12pm. The hotel is down the street from King of Prussia mall."
"Wonderful service here and they are pet friendly! Free breakfast and wifi (can’t beat that). I didn’t see vending machines but the front desk has food and drinks for purchase. There wasn’t much to walk to (but I did visit during the cold) however, they are a short drive from quite a few things. They were very kind to help me with extending my stay at the last minute too. We will definitely have them at the top of our list of places to stay at the next time that we are in town!"
