"A recommendation to the management team: update your residents parking profile ASAP, the only reason I chose this apartment instead of rent a house, because you offered a 6 month free EV reserved parking space, so I would think to live that is very safe for a car that I paid a lot of money for(Over $80K), however, when I drove the car to the space 511 which I was been informed to do so, there was a car that has a permit parked there already, then I was been told to park at space 411 before they could have a resolution for, I for sure followed the direction, great next day another car parked at "RESERVED space" 411... Now my question is: where should I park if I had been assigned to an "Reserved EV parking" space? Frustrated as we all have lots of business to take care of daily basis, but I can't even be sure my cars would be safely parked when you pay $3000/Month for apartment."
"The CIRRO King of Prussia apartment complex is great. We love it so much. This place is safe, quite, and cozy, with good enough security access restrictions. They offered us affordable price and a lot of additional benefits and discounts. Residents are encouraged to use pool, relax rooms, gym, conference rooms, and other public spaces."
"Here is my review after living at Cirro for almost a year. - Cirro is a clean, safe, and fairly new complex but it has some sort of hotel vibe! Apartments do not have a balcony, however the price here is almost same as apartments with a balcony in the area. Apts here used to be slightly cheaper than the other complexes in this area but its not the case anymore. -Cirro did not offer incentives to renew the lease. They raised the rent 15% in their renewal letter. -Guest parking policy is annoying. Imagine you have a guest for a few hours, you have to do paper work and print a parking permit and leave in your guests dashboard. If you don’t do that( for example bc your guest is not gana stay long) you will worry about towing your guests car. Given that you pay lots of money for the so called luxury complex, this is not a straightforward policy. I suggest cirro to use an App, so residents can register guests cars on the App. - Tone and language of some emails are not so friendly and sometimes threatening (threatening car towing if the parking policy is violated, or smoke warnings). Maybe they have to threat some irresponsible people! - Ive seen towing a cars in the early morning! So for those who violate parking policy, car towing is a serious threat!! -Ive heard vac cleaner of service people ( in summer time blowers sound around pool) early morning of weekends( I assume 8-9 am is early over the weekend). Blowers sound was a new sound though! - Residents have to use fetch address to receive their mails. Basically fetch will receive your mails then schedule a time to bring them to your apartment’s door. I didn’t like this system bc I want my package delivered to my address without any other extra loop. Good things about cirro: - clean and safe place. I didn’t experience any safety issue in my stay here. - the service people are very responsive and fairly on time.Than you! - the office people are welcoming and kind esp when you come to tour the complex ;) -Josh in the office was very helpful and nice. - very good location.. walking distance to kop town center… Overall, in my opinion it doesn’t worth the price."
"Poor management company. Not built using robust materials. HVAC system didn't work for months and required a complete overhaul. Didn't offer significant enough compensation for recompense in my opinion. Hole was left in wall for weeks if not months before it was patched over. Drywall still has not been painted nor towel rack rehung in the 7 months since."
