"The complex as a whole has been deteriorating and it is managed poorly to say the least. Dog waste is found on every single sidewalk and walking path. Management will add fees to your rent the day after payment is made and then apply late fees. The public amenities like the fire pits are almost always broken and unusable. The staff have actively hung up on tenants calling. The hallways are not kept clean, with trash stains being trailed down the carpet and the building having to request via email that tenants stop allowing animals to defecate in the elevators. Oh, and there is constantly broken glass in the parking lot."

"I recently had the pleasure of residing at Park Square, and I must say, it has been an outstanding experience. From the moment I moved in, I knew I had made the right choice. First and foremost, the location is absolutely perfect. Situated in a convenient and quiet neighborhood, it offers easy access to KOP Mall and eateries. Whether it's grocery stores, restaurants, parks, or public transportation, it's all just 6 minute drive away. This made my daily life incredibly convenient. The apartment complex itself is a true gem. The ample space provided in the apartments is a rarity in today's rental market. I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of my apartment, which made it feel more like a home than an apartment. The layout was well-thought-out, and the amenities were top-notch. One of the standout features of this complex is the exceptional office staff. The management team is not only professional but also incredibly friendly and responsive. Any concerns or maintenance requests were promptly addressed, making living here hassle-free. Moreover, the sense of community fostered by the management is commendable. Regular events and gatherings made it easy to connect with neighbors and establish a sense of belonging. My time here has been nothing short of fantastic, and I can confidently say that it's one of the best places I've ever called home."

"First thing first, Be careful of reading the reviews because they raffle money for reviews and obviously if money is involved, people aren’t going to be as honest. If you see a bunch with minimal info, just keep this in mind. I loved my time at park square until the building manager Haley left earlier this year. She was so great. Unfortunately the community has been going downhill since then. The new management is a piece of work. Pros: maintenance team is great and very responsive. Appliances are fairly new and the code system instead of physical keys are A nice touch. Apartment themselves are in pretty good shape because of this. Cons : 1. amenities are always broken. Fire pits are rarely working. I think 80% of the time sitting by the firepit, it won’t work. 2. There used to be a printer. Management got cheap and decided to get rid of it. 3. The management has lost its mind. I keep seeing emails about how we can’t have gatherings in the public places like courtyard, main building community area etc. That we also need to stay quiet in the public spaces. Also kids aren’t allowed to use chalk on the concrete. Seems like they want a certain type of resident but are approving leases to anyone and everyone. 4. New resident this year are… ratchet. I see men walking around without their shirts on even though they weren’t in the pool or look like they’re going there. They keep letting dogs run loose and management keep having to send emails out. ALSO there’s dog poop in the hallways because like I said… they’re just letting any type of people live here. Near the end of my lease, it felt like some cheap hotel from the residents all the way to the broken amenities. 5. Every time I went up to the new management, they would be on their phone and didn’t seem like they wanted to talk to me. During the community events, I also noticed they would be very chatty with certain type of residents if you know what I mean. Me and my husband were usually ignored. This made us feel extremely unappreciated. The biggest slap in the face, they increased our rent and when we asked if they could lower our increase they said we’re already getting a discount as a returning resident. We were quoted for $2080 for our new lease. After we canceled we saw our apartment was online for first month free AND $1950 after that. If I averaged that out, it’s cheaper than the current lease we were on. I counted down to moving out after that."

"I can go on and onnnn about the list. 1. Your paying rent (overpriced), water, electric, gas, trash, and even paying for unreserved parking. 2. They have a towing company that likes to tow your car at NIGHT. Even if your car is registered to the apartment community they will tow you if you don’t have your reserve pass VISIBLE. ($280 for the towing release) LOL. 3. You can only have (two) guest in the pool and you need wristbands. 4. The neighbors are rude, and don’t know how to mind their own business. 5. My neighbor below my Apartment, used a broom to bang on the ceiling to wake us up at 6AM in the morning. 6. Our apartment balcony door knob was broke upon moving in. The cabinets weren’t properly installed, leading to broken screws. The appliances are cheap, down to the refrigerator, washer and dryer, paint job, to the curtains. 7. Vandalism on the apartment balconies. 8. Certain sockets don’t work throughout the apartment. The quality of the apartments is cheap. You can find better trust me, don’t let that one month rent free deal fool you. I seen a lot of people moving out and I applaud them because I’m next on the list."

"I love the Park Square Apartments starting from the wonderful staff and greatest amenities. The whole building is secured with key FOB. nice patio to relax and great barbecue equipment. Thanks Sarah for assisting and responding fastly."
