"Have been here for 2 years. Very nice atmosphere especially outside being like a park setting. Very quiet, peaceful inside and outside. When I do see neighbors they are very nice, very friendly. Laundry facility in the building is very convenient, easily accessible. Pool area, pool is kept very nice. Management, office staff is not only very professional, helpful but very nice, friendly too. Maintenance guys come promptly, fix things the first time, leave no mess."
"I was concerned moving into a complex with so many units, however, the management and maintenance crew at The Lafayette at Valley Forge works diligently to solve tenet concerns. Their response time to maintenance requests has been a one day turn around. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the building entry way, elevator and hallways. Management has been consistent in getting the the building upgraded and cleaner. I’m so happy with the team."
