Beautiful grounds and clubhouse is fantastic Amenities include: Tennis court Seasonal pool Badminton court Half basketball court Small putting green Shuffleboard court Nice patio with two grills Beautiful fountain at pool, pool is huge Small gym with all the essentials! Neighbors are for the most part great Washer/Dryer, Fridge, Dishwasher included Fireplace...and very nice patio! negatives: Our floors slope inward Odd stains in bathroom that appear to be hair dye Bathroom tubs are peeling and could use an update soon, but are fine! Bathroom fixtures are a little rough/rusty Neighbors are loud and not friendly. Hardly ever can use the amenities Overall, very happy! Office staff is fantastic and very prompt."

The grounds were always clean and the landscaping was beautiful. The fitness center and pool were an added bonus- both very well kept. We would highly recommend the Treetops!"
