"Things have gotten better here. The staff are nice and I have had hot water lately. Unfortunately a big giant leak somehow happened tonight when I was trying to relax and take a bath so had to switch rooms but was switched to another suite. Not their fault. Other than that all is good."
"I will sum it up as best as i cant with bullet points. i paid 115 a night for this horrible joke of a hotel. its not worth even close to that. -first look you can tell it was an old retirement home -the lobby smelled like a pool that hasn't been cleaned and looked like a psych wards lobby -the carpets are mismatched and the floors are so dirty -went to our room and the lighting barely covers the room -some sockets we clearly not installed correctly -there are some really deep scratches on the floor and weird stains in the tub -the room does not look or feel how the pictures depict it -went to the fitness center to find that the lights don't work and it has three cardio machines which one of them were knocked on on the floor -they say they have breakfast but i wouldn't even call it that. they offer slices of bread with 2 cereals and a waffle maker ans some juice. the kicker is that the syrup was clearly expired, the juice machine is not cleaned because the juice tasted off, and the bread was worse than what i can get at a dollar store. -checkout was scary because there was no one i could check out with. all we did was left our card in a torn up sanitizer box that said "leave card" i can say more but this is getting long. i thought i was going to stay at a decent place for what paid but i will never ever come to a Wyndham hotel again and i think you shouldn't either"
"No food in the Vending machine. There is 2 microwaves in our hotel room one works. Elevator's broke They only give you one key. Rooms are clean though. TV is big. Cable reception is good. But the door to the sink fell off."
"I booked this place because it was relatively cheap, despite the overwhelming amount of negative reviews. I figured I’d test my luck and I do not think I will tempt fate like that again. This hotel looks so dated. The lobby smells like chlorine. Before I even went into my room, the door looked like it had seen better days. My room!! The security lock was busted, the mirror was broken. I had a room on the first floor and the screen was torn on the window. Fantastic!! There was black mold growing next to the bathtub, I let the water run for five minutes and it never got any warmer so a shower was hard to do. The handle was broken on the toilet. I couldn’t even flush it. Trust the reviews, people. Please just spend a little extra to get a better hotel. It’s worth it. With the negativity this place has, it needs to get shut down. You see the wear and tear of the lobby back room, that’s what you’re gonna expect in your own place. I was at least given a refund by the guy at the front desk without much of a hassle, so that was good, I suppose. That’s the only reason service got two stars."
"The rooms were quaint and cozy. Clean, except for the elevator had a musty strange smell. It was nothing more than just a cozy little place to rest our heads for a couple of days while we were in the area. The staff was very friendly and at check in, Siri (yes her name is Siri) generously offered us complimentary snacks and beverages. It really set the tone for our stay which was just delightful. Side note: we booked because it was 4 minutes from the University."
