"I've lived at Racquet Club for over 4 years and there really isn't anything negative to say about this place. My family and I have been very happy living here. We've even recommended this place to friends & family, who have also moved in. PROS: 1) The floors & walls are concrete, so there isn't much noise. 2) The rent is very inexpensive, especially given the location & size of the apartments. 3) The on-site manager, Ivan, is extremely helpful and friendly. Any time there is a maintenance issue, he's there immediately and will have the situation handled within the hour. 4) The tenants always seem to be polite and respectful. You dont see any fights or crime in the development. 5) The landlord is courteous and is quick to respond to inquiries. 6) The layout of the apartments are nice and feel spacious. 7) The location is great, being right on RT 3, near 202 and 5 minutes from the borough. There's 2 supermarkets within 3miles in either direction also. 8) The complex is very good at staying on top of snow removal. 9) Option to pay rent automatically online. That may be more common now, but this is the 1st apartment I've lived in that offered that feature. 10) Heat, water & trash removal are all included in a low monthly fee. It's definitely way lower than paying for those services individually. CONS: 1) Parking can be difficult at times, mainly the weekend. 2) There's only 1 washer & 1 dryer in each building. So it can be a struggle to do laundry when you want too. 3) The dumpsters are in the back of the complex. If you live in the front of the development, then you have to carry your trash a block to throw it out."
