"One maintenance person who brushes over a broken down property. Heating and cooling DO NOT work. They will steal your money and rental deposits. Kate Scott and Billie are the worst property managers I’ve even encountered. There’s a reason this property is mostly vacant. They charge top dollar for old, moldy, ant infested properties."

"We have nothing bad to say about this place. We enjoyed our stay & loved the neighbors ! Jordan the maintenance man was amazing and issues that were addressed were fixed. Close to downtown of west chester & our to go to was picas across the street. There was always parking which was a huge plus."

"Horrible. Bad air units that freeze during cold weather (leaving u freezing during the winter) , thin floors, etc. rent goes up $150 at a time for your lease renewal. Don’t take a unit above the maintenance basement because you will regret it. And they don’t tell you this before you move in. The cherry on top is getting charged for ridiculous reasons when you move out . Ex: $50 to “clean” the refrigerator. Total over $1000 so don’t expect your deposit back"

"This is my first time ever leaving a review like this because I want to warn others how AWFUL this place is. The heating / cooling systems do not work and maintenance will come and just tell you there’s nothing they can do. My boyfriend and I recently moved out 2 months ago and our security deposit is being illegally held from us. When we did our walk through move out inspection, an area of the carpet that had a large stain on the padding under the carpet (not visible without the carpet being pulled) was immediately pulled up. Almost like they knew it was there. We had our couch over the area of the stain and we never had an large spills. There were no prior documentation of the tenets that lived there prior to us to prove we did it. We were told “we should have pulled up the carpets ourselves upon moving in”. They replaced the carpet and are now trying to charge us for the replacement. “Billie” the new property manager told me she doesn’t care about our issue and to call corporate because she doesn’t want to deal with it. She also said “everyone loves me so I don’t know what to tell you.” They know both my number and my boyfriends number and refuse to answer our calls. Kate, did not respond to any of our emails when we reached out for help. We have been treated and talked to awfully in the process of moving out. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!"

"Good experience with having maintenance. Take care of things when something would happen properly courtesy . major concerns of the lack of a security as far as lighting and also the entrance into the development is very bad and without enough stop signs on the street coming in and poor identification of the buildings (apt #s). Do feel that the utility bill is high - water estimate, gas for the water heater for the buildings water also paying for a fee for a firm to regulate the utility bill. Generally, when in things, there’s a problem, it’s been taken care of properly and the managers of the property have always been very courteous and helpful"
