I have stayed with other landlords in morgantown and didn’t receive a security deposit back and could not get ahold of them... with kingdom they said straight that if you clean up after yourself there is nothing to worry about. FULL security deposit back... if i lived in morgantown i would for sure be sure staying with them!!! as a student they worked with you and if an emergency came up they were very understanding."

"Kingdom properties has been amazing these past 2 years. Whenever we had an issue they were quick to fix the problem, making sure we knew when they would be by and if those times worked for us. Even when my cat got out during our move from one of their properties to another one, they helped me find her! I have been more than pleased to deal with any of the staff working but Aaron has been a blessing to do business with. Units have been in better shape than expected, living in an old college town there’s not much to look forward too, but someone Kingdom does it! 10/10 would recommend!"
