"Beware - items stolen from room during the stay. We were part of large contingent staying at this hotel for 5 days and a brand new empty samsonite laptop bag(corporate gift) was stolen from my room on day 4th (during my stay). it was reported to front desk and was expecting a call back from GM of the hotel but no one called. Later came to know that 2 of my colleague’s had similar experience. Will totally avoid this hotel."

"i was temporarily charged $209 NOT $25, as a hold and was told it will return within one day. i was lied to. it takes 3-5 days. i pray to god someone homeless and on their last dime doesn’t have to go through this."

"The hotel room was good but the breakfast management was very bad because they don't have enough items to feed their premium members. I went at 8:30 for breakfast but only got fried potatoes & coffee. It doesn't suit the Hyatt family. Very disappointed to stay there."

"Okay, so this may seems odd... I know I am nutso. I go to hotels and just like to sample the breakfast. This hotel has an excellent free breakfast. Coming in 15 minutes until the end of service is the key to knowing how good they are. The eggs were fresh, the potatoes were like fresh made. I didn't sample any of the cold offerings, but all were fully stocked and in good order. Having been here before the fitness center is sparse but serviceable. This isn't a full service hotel and does not pretend to be."
