"The Sunday morning shift general manager was a completely unprofessional and unhelpful . Hampton inn center city accidentally overbooked. We were treated extremely well and other accommodations were made. The cost covered by hotel. We were placed at Residence Inn We were dismissed by the general manager Brian. He would not assist with making arrangements for us to return to our original hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If Brian is so unhappy in his position; he should find other employment."

"The hotel was nice enough, they have a bar and the breakfast looked decent for the price point. Unfortunately, the heat didn't work properly in either of my rooms. The first room they put me in couldn't get above 62 degrees. I needed to talk 3 staff members before someone took a look at it. I specifically requested a call when it was fixed so I knew it was taken care of. I never got a call and when I got back the unit was off. The same thing happened at the second room. Again needed to talk to multiple people, again the unit was off when I got back. From my interactions with staff I can only assume they knew about the issue and had either chosen to do nothing or were told to do nothing."

"Very close to everything. The nice lady who was at the bar was Amazing! She was very sweet and gave us extra things. The only downfall was the breakfast wasn't great. There were boxes of cereal but the kinds were bland. For the waffles there was no Nutella. In other hotels there are."

"I've seen a few negative comments so I decided to add my 2 cents. I stayed here for 2 days on business in mid September. The staff I had met at the front desk and passing in the hallways were very nice and friendly. My room was clean and had no major issues. Just a few dents on the refrigerator door. The hot/cold on the shower was reversed, but otherwise worked fine. The air conditioning was loud, but I like sleeping to white noise like that so I enjoyed it. My only complaint about the ac is that the duct blows the air right on top of the bed. I did hear a train at around 3:50AM, but it wasn't too bad and I was able to go right back to sleep after. The continental breakfast was really good. They had hot and cold options. I enjoyed their hot eggs and breakfast sandwich. They also had a pitcher of cold brew coffee which was nice. They have oatmeal if you like that, with an assortment of fixings you can add. You can also make your own waffle. I checked out the amenities as well. They have a nice pool and hot tub and fitness area. The fitness area has dumbbells, treadmills, and a water cooler. Finally, I want to mention that the parking spaces are very small and seem to be made for compact cars. I drive a larger sedan and it was quite difficult to fit my car in the spot and still open the door without banging the next car. So this is my honest review. I feel the other comments were not fair and overly negative. Overall the hotel was nice and the renovations seem to be holding up nicely. No major issues for me and I would stay here again."

"Just stopped here quickly for a break with friends staying there. So I can't comment too much on this hotel. What I can say is that the lobby & other public areas seemed clean. We didn't see the rooms or interact with the staff. However, they looked happy & acted professional with guests when we saw them. Our friends had no complaints, but we really didn't talk about the hotel much. So I'm grading based upon what I saw & heard in our very small amount of time there."
