"We moved into Lumina when it was previously called Londonbury in July of 2021. We’ve since renewed and love it here! The building is regularly cleaned, the leasing office is super responsive (Ryan is great), maintenance responds to requests in a day or two (if not hours) and they are super friendly, there are regular inspections of our dryer vents, elevators, and fire alarms, the Luxer one package system is great. When there are extreme weather situations, we can always expect an email from Lumina. The renewal process is so easy and our rent has not majorly increased. Parking in our lot is super easy and our guests never have an issue between our lot and the overflow parking lot. The leasing office also has regular little giveaways and treats like bagels on national bagel day, hot chocolate bars, margaritas for national margarita day. If you like to walk, this is the perfect location in Conshy to access the trail, or walk up the hill to restaurants, coffee, bars, etc."

"Just taking a minute to come one and recognize one of the hardest working people at our property, our amazing Maintenence Supervisor Will. I ran into him this morning and asked him a question about our AC unit and without hesitation he offered to come right up and take a look. He quickly figured out what was happening and remedied the situation, he even took the time to thourghly clean out the unit to ensure it was running perfectly. This is just one instance of how the staff go above and beyond to help ensure their residents are happy. My wife, infant son and myself are very grateful for the quick and friendly attention that we have recieved today and any other time we've needed assistance. So thanks again to Will and everyone else who makes this a nice place to live."

"I moved to Lumina last summer from out of state, and it was not only super easy to apply and get information, but has been a great experience living here. Ryan, my leasing agent, was very helpful and communicative throughout the process of signing a lease and preparing for move-in. Grace and Maya, the current leasing agents, are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Grace also puts on a bunch of wonderful events in the clubhouse with free food and drinks, and runs several prize giveaways a month. Recent events include a hot chocolate bar, cranberry mimosas for NYE eve, popcorn for national popcorn day, etc. The complex itself is nice, and our updated unit is in great condition. It is quiet, very safe, and a great price for the area. Parking is also free and reserved parking is cheap and above ground (unlike neighboring complexes). I think a lot of these negative reviews are unfair. I have lived in several apartments before, and to me some of the things residents complain about are unfounded. I feel that the current staff often goes above and beyond for residents, and serious problems are fixed quickly and easily. For example, the complex has package lockers to secure packages for residents before they can pick them up. More than once - due to delivery driver error - Maya or Grace have opened up all of the lockers (50+) and helped me search for a missing package. Overall a great community, which I highly recommend"

"I have had mice for 3 months. Working with management is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with any company in my entire life. I beg you to read the reviews for Coastal Ridge Real Estate instead of Lumina as that is who you are really dealing with. If I had this tip I would never have rented from here. There are plenty of other places along the river!"
