"I’ve been at the birch two months now and so far I would not recommend. The quality overall versus the price is not even near worth it. I also asked very specific questions regarding parking and flooding prior to signing a lease and was incredibly mislead and borderline lied to. I’ve been pretty disappointed thus far. The two stars are merely for the cleanliness of the building in the common areas. I wish I never signed this lease and would terminate asap if there weren’t thousands and thousands of dollars of penalties to do so. Once this lease is over I’ll provide a full review but, in the meantime do yourself a favor and do not live here."
"I lived here for over a year and it has been generally good until recently. My biggest issue is the removal of guest parking. I had a date the other weekend and I had her park in what I thought was the guest parking. After dinner she had to get medication from her car that can cause a life threatening condition if not taken and come to fund out her car was towed. She ended up being okay for the night but we had to pay $420 to get yer car back and drive an hour both ways. Going back to my email I only really received non-specific emails about it. I find that it’s ridiculous that they removed guest parking when I pay over $2k a month."
"The birch is a safe, clean, and quiet place to live. It has nice amenities and is in a great location! It has been a nice place to live for the most part. However, they took away the guest parking and have not come up with a solution, so it is challenging to have guest stay over night unless you have them park illegally! Oh and the maintenance team is fantastic! We had a leak in our bathroom and Crawford was great to work with, he resolved it quickly and made it look good as new!"
"Does little to nothing to enforce noise policy. I’ve had a noisy neighbor who continues to play music late into the night. The apartment is aesthetically nice but you will hear everything, especially at night. Bass seems to carry particularly well. I’m moving out end of this month, wouldn’t recommend."
