"We noticed our dog had a bad cut late at night and needed stitches. Thank goodness Blue Pearl was open overnight. They checked us in and did paperwork very quickly and took our pup right away for an examination. Within a few minutes a vet was explaining the procedure needed and we were provided with a low and high range cost estimate (depending on the severity of his wound that they could investigate under anesthesia). You will end up paying the median and then getting reimbursed if it comes out to less. Our puppy was all set within about two hours, and they provided some prescription antibiotics. Obviously it was a stressful time for us and late at night, but ALL of the staff were extremely calm, friendly, helpful, and transparent throughout our visit. In addition, the waiting room was very clean and offered free coffee and water, as well as some vending machines in case you need to wait. Our pup returned two weeks later to get his staples removed free of charge at a scheduled time, which was also quick and easy (total 10 minutes). I am so glad this facility is nearby in case of another emergency. I believe they are extremely competent and care about their patients and are able to talk to people clearly and calmly in times of distress. Bonus picture of my dog being goofy in his cone."

"Very friendly staff and doctors. Listens to concerns about your pet. You pay a little extra for urgent care but, I enjoyed watching a video and the coffee station. Waited less than 2 hours total for service which to me is considered fast urgent care. There is always someone available 24 hours to take your call. Brittany at the front desk was able to email my cat's records to his primary care doctor for his surgery. I was grateful for this because it saved me time. I liked that the office was in a corporate center with free parking and the office looked very professional."

"Dr. Leah saved our Indie’s life! We are eternally grateful. I cannot express just how thankful we are for this hospital. Every single member of their staff is SO kind and caring. We hated having to leave our girl over night at the hospital, but it was a little easier knowing our girl was well loved and cared for. It is a bit expensive, but it was an emergency, and I know we would all do it for our pets any day. They are family. Thank you all again! Hopefully we won’t have to be back for any emergencies, but if we do this blue pearl is always our number one choice."

"We have been working with Dr. Jennifer Kim and her amazing Oncology staff since last December. She has been treating my dog Lucy for a mast cell tumor. She has finished her chemo and now we are just seen for follow up blood work and scans, which have all been negative. I would recommend Dr. Kim do anyone who has to deal with a cancer diagnosis. Not only is she wonderful with my pet and equally as amazing to me."
