"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Extended Stay America Plymouth Meeting over the Christmas weekend, and let me tell you, it was a truly enchanting experience. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with warmth and elegance that set the tone for our entire stay. One of the standout features of this hotel was the exceptional service provided by the assistant general manager, Frances. She went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our stay was flawless. From arranging our transportation to recommending local attractions, Frances demonstrated an unparalleled dedication to customer satisfaction. Her attention to detail and genuine care for our experience truly made us feel like valued guests. The hotel itself was nothing short of magnificent. The rooms were modern, spacious, and tastefully decorated, providing the perfect backdrop for relaxation. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. We particularly enjoyed the breathtaking views from our balcony, which overlooked the bustling city streets. The dining options at Extended Stay America were equally impressive. From the delectable breakfast buffet to the exquisite dinner at the nearby restaurants, every meal was a culinary delight. The talented chefs showcased their expertise in every dish, incorporating fresh, locally-sourced ingredients to create mouthwatering flavors that satisfied even the most discerning palate. The hotel's facilities were also top-notch. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing us to maintain our workout routine while away from home. Additionally, the spa, which was in walking distance, offered a wide range of treatments, providing the perfect opportunity to indulge in some well-deserved pampering. Overall, our Christmas weekend getaway at Extended Stay America was simply unforgettable. From the outstanding service provided by Frances to the luxurious accommodations and exceptional amenities, every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations. We left feeling rejuvenated, inspired, and eager to return. If you're searching for a truly magical hotel experience, look no further than Extended Stay America Plymouth Meeting. You won't be disappointed!"
"We only had to stay for about 2 days but we are currently in here now and I'm for sure that they did not do a thorough clean whatsoever if that's not enough, the TV speakers are broken so it's loud static every time you're running the TV and someone speaking. Not only that, you have to pay for Wi-Fi and also pay for a dog fee, even though on the website it says dog friendly and says nothing about a pet fee. Besides all of that I wanted to go and work out and all they had in their so- called gym was a treadmill and an exercise bike and that looked disgusting too. And also the bathroom trifling hair still in the drains dirt still under the sink splatters all over the mirrors. I'm just so grossed out. I'm just so disappointed I spent over $270 for a hotel that I feel like is a motel in the hood. Do better extended stay. We work hard for our money and we spent it with you to have a horrible experience. Just so disappointing."
"My neighbor house had collapse and we need a temporary place until we find an apartment. I originally was staying a Homewood Suites but to save money we thought affordable, so we pick thinking it can't be bad for temporary stay. When we check in she told us housekeeping was every two weeks I was fine with. So I came downstairs to change out the towels I have to wait two hours to get new linen and it was three different colors. The black Manager lady was real nasty. It was fire last night instead of the manager and staff help and make sure the guest get out safety. They was nasty and act as the guests was bothering them behind the desk. It's 1am people was sleep they going have questions. They didn't even let us know when it was safe for us to go back the lovely firefighters was the only people here updating the guests. Never again not even on Vacation would I stay at extended stay. All these employees live here and very nasty. The laundry room never clean and it just feel like a shelter you pay to stay. The sink fall while my niece was in the bathroom. After reporting to the manager . I go downstairs and here the manager talking about my niece with the other employees in the lobby. So Unprofessional, and unkind. I like the Red roof better and that's a motel."
"Diamonique was the best host/boss/clerk I’ve ever meet. Extremely professional, right to the point, and very friendly with me and courteous to other guests. The night staff were great to. Also the cleaning staff stayed on point, and are diligent workers. Will return. Thank you guys."
