Sussex Square Apartments

"I don’t typically leave negative reviews but I want to make prospective renters aware. This is primarily an Indian community! There’s nothing wrong with that (obviously) but it’s not advertised that this apartment complex is 65% Indian families. They won’t smile at you when you walk past them, they cluster together with their children (plethora of them) and just look at you when you walk past. The apartment complex is actually run very well by Lianne and Co. and maintenance will come whenever you have a problem, which is great, but don’t expect a social community at this location! If you’re looking for a place to stay temporarily and don’t need “respect”, choose this place, but if you stay long-term, the huge indian community will make you feel out of place and “silenced” in your own country."

"I've lived here since 2012, couldn't be happier. Although I wish we were allowed to have our grills back ( so sad) but I do understand. Maintenance dept is decent- they come out quickly and the office personnel always tries to accommodate quickly to your needs."

"I LIVE HERE and I would give zero stars if that was possible, you got to watch out for thieves in this community. If you are expecting a delivery to drop at your door I suggest taking leave from work and take the package as soon as it arrives. WORST is leasing office does no help in anyway. Literally they don’t care, they don’t allow you to have security cameras, they do not notify all tenants about reported incidents. These rules will only encourage thieves to continue stealing. the ONLY reason am here is because its very close to place I work at."

"Awesome community and place and staff I have ever stayed in Philly area. Nothing to complain. It's a give and take respect. All well, I had been living there with family more than 2yrs. No issues at all and very nice place to stay. Awesome!!!"
