CVS Pharmacy,

"Always a pain when I need to pick up a script, the shelves are pretty empty. The customer service is awful. None of the employees seem to want to be there. I hate that I see customers needing help to check out but the employees have no desire to help. I asked the manager one day why they don't want to help people checked out and his response was " you know Rite Aid went of business for a reason""

"Best CVS pharmacy location I’ve found. Pharmacists are always pleasant and helpful as are the pharmacy assistants. Very dependable and prompt when filling my prescriptions too."

"The pharmacist is very nice but unfortunately no one listens to her. The very thin African-American gentlemen was very rude, kept people sitting at the window before 7 PM and didn’t tell anyone they were closed. My Medicine was there, and he said he couldn’t find it. My wife went back the next day. The same African-American gentleman said he looked for my medication and said he couldn’t find it. The african-American gentleman who I think his name is Damon. He did not sincerely look very hard, it seemed like the pharmacist could not control him. When another gentleman went over To look for my medicine, he couldn’t find it and they both laughed. Almost like they knew it was there. He had a very bad attitude, and was very sarcastic and condescending Not professional at all. I am deeply surprised. But the pharmacist went right over and found my medication. This has happened several times. I am leaving the CVS going to another. It gave the option of 1to 5 stars but I think one was very generous. It is sad because this is the closer CVS to me. People need their job so they need to take a job more seriously. I am never going back there again!!!"

"Horrible service. They never call when there is an issue with the medication. Had a time sensitive prescription and they never notified me or the doctors office that there as a problem. They had something that could be substituted and could have work if they had just called instead of "depending on their electronic system to work." Neither the doctors office or I were informed. I showed up to pick up the prescription and they claimed there was nothing they could do. Pharmacist closed the gate to the pharmacy and refused to talk to the doctor that I had on the phone. It would've taken 5 minutes to fix the problem if they had taken the time to actually care. I will never use them again."

"Team is cordial. Meds are almost always ready for immediate pickup or with 10-15 minutes. Staff always offer to answer my concerns, which they have done at times."
