"I have lived in the community for 6 years. In the past there had been a considerable amount of deflection toward the issues impacting residents. Since Bozzuto’s arrival (most specifically Nikkie)—people feel heard and dramatic changes have been made that have positively impacted the community. These changes range from safety and security to the wonderful organization of the package room."

"After living here for almost a year I feel as though I can give a fair review. The community is well maintained and the neighbors are friendly. The amenities are great. I seen a lot of negative reviews about parking, however I have not encountered any issues for myself or guests. There is plenty of parking vs. other apartments I’ve lived at. The only “negative” that I wish they would address is having to go to another building to get mail and packages. However this is more of an annoyance than an actual issue with the apartments. Also wish they had a dog park vs. the vollyball court that I have not seen anyone use."

"The community itself has gone downhill since the last property manager left. Apartment buildings smell like animals, walls are dingy, carpets are worn and the management team does nothing to solve any issues. As someone stated yes, this community has shootings, break-ins you name it. It's become poorly maintained and ran within the last two years. The doors never lock properly which defeats the purpose of a key fob entry, parking is a huge issue and forget asking the leasing agents for help. They never answer the phone. Minus the young gentleman Nasir, the leasing agents are unpleasant and carry nasty attitudes which is talked about amongst the residents. The only consistency here is maintenance. They always get the job done. Spend your money elsewhere, this place is no longer worth it."

"Somewhat okay place to live but management is so incompetent it’s insane. I lived here for three years and managements is just so useless and frustrating it’s almost admirable how useless they are. Some examples include 1. My dog was attacked by a off leash residents dog. Emailed management multiple times for a follow up or any type of acknowledgment. I was ignored 2. In a lease renewal a extra parking space was added. Took 4 in office trips and 2 days before lease was due to get it removed and only after waiting in the office for 30+ minutes until it was fixed. 3. When my security deposit came due they added another wrong parking fee. After 6 calls and 2 calls to corporate and explaining basic math they were still unable to get it removed correctly and did a partial removal that is not accurate. Frankly it’s amazing how this place still operates, what should be 1 email turns into multiple hours of frustration, and I feel this is by design to gather more fees. The maintenance staff is great though by comparison. On a side note as well. A shooting took place here about 3 years ago and managements way of calming everyone down is to remove the internal messaging board so no one can talk to each other anymore about crime in the complex etc. I would stay away from this place just due to the frustration, for this kind of price point in apartment I shouldn’t feel like I’m talking to comcast when something needs done. The apartment aren’t even that nice, I used to hear my neighbors snoring all the time and whenever the upstairs neighbor ran their laundry I heard it fully. So in conclusion I would say if you need a place to stay go for it, but the minute you need something from management good luck getting any reasonable response from management."

"My aunt and I have lived here since Autumn 2021. The management ensures that the property is extremely well-maintained. Apartment fire alarms and HVAC systems are regularly checked. The few times we've had a maintenance issue it was taken care of within hours. Most of all, the staff who clean the buildings do a fantastic job of keeping the premises spotless. If a hall light goes out it's replaced the same day. And the office staff is always very responsive to any request. My only issue has been that Toll Brothers doesn't install railings at every entrance with steps. Since we've had a garage that gives us access without steps, this is no longer an issue for us but it may be for others. Still this property deserves a 5-star rating for the responsiveness of management and staff."
