"I've been living at Magnolia Falls Apartments for 7 months now, and I've gotta say, the team here is awesome! Amanda in the Leasing Office is super helpful – she made the whole renting process a breeze and always has a smile ready. And Jimmy from Maintenance? Absolute lifesaver! He lent me his own vacuum when I needed one and even got me back into my apartment super quick when I locked myself out. Big shoutout to these guys for making my stay here really great!"

"This place is one of the best places I have ever lived in! Moved from Alabama and the moving process was so smooth from the phone call with the manager to touring an apartment with her early September. I made a weekend trip and she told me all about the area and suggested new restaurants and local business to check out. Amanda was extremely helpful and kind. I told her I was bringing my puppy with me and she showed me the doggy park towards the back and its great for my pup. So far maintenance has been wonderful. Also there is plenty of parking, which is not what I am used to. I would say 10/10!! Friendly staff. Beautiful new home. Thank you Magnolia Falls. "

"As you can see there is a pattern with these reviews, only positive ones are answered and negatives are ignored, a-lot like the communication once you move in. Property manager Amanda Ray Bencs is incompetent and the only thing keeping this place afloat is maintenance, who is Lawrence who has been there the longest. I had an awful mold issue for 6+ months that they told me was “just dust” although they sent out a company that they paid under the table to “resolve” the issue (why have someone come out for a problem that doesn’t exist?). They refused to resolve the issue and continued to push off my concerns until I came up with my own solutions. There is absolutely nothing “luxury” about these apartments. If you look around the complex in detail you can see that it is a sitting property hazard. Once management changed about a year ago the place took a huge hit."

"I am a current resident and was spoken to like a damn dog from Amanda Becs who is the property manager . She has caused me to have a mental breakdown yesterday . Here is some of the things I am dealing with . I get non stop daily emails , almost daily notices left on my door from maintenance the property manager ( Amanda Becs ) has him post . Also I got an email yesterday with my balance on it and she added November rent already and we are not even close to being over October ! She is doing things out of spite and hatred! I was berated , talked down to and was told I am living for free and I just want to live for free and I should just move out and leave the keys . Also I was told apparently I know how the process works because I was evicted before and if she knew that then she would have never approved my application . She was so damn nasty and a horrible property manager. You don't speak to people like that . I suffer from anxiety and she has made this so bad for me and she has caused me to have an anxiety attack . She spoke to me in a terrible way in front of Eileen which is the assistant property manager and one of the maintenance guys I will take this as high as I have to go . I will not be silenced and talked to like a freaking dog. She was so damn disgusting. I have never been treated this way. She has said many other things that I wish not to put on this review . I am not one of those people that will take this laying down like a dog . I will not go away until I am satisfied with the reprimand of this women . I never told this lady I was moving out ever ! She still proceeded to post notes on my door telling me to let her know when I was turning in my keys. You can clearly see her hand writing on the notice maintenance put on my door. Please see attached photo. Do not move here unless Amanda Becs is no longer working here . . Eileen is wonderful and so is maintenance. Eileen should be the property manager . Get rid of Amanda Becs and make Eileen the property manager !"
