"Love the original office staff and the maintenance team is awesome. I’m not sure what happened but my recent experience with the front office has been anything adequate. From losing paperwork that I handed in directly to the office to getting mix information from the front office on when I could do my final inspection it was a mess. Not to mention I was waiting for my final account balance which I was told they would forward to my address (plot twist they did not) instead I got a singular email email over a month later after I moved out that they were sending me to collections so I called the office. No one knew what I was talking about until they realized they sent a email out to me that was suppose to be addressed to another tenant entirely which I have no idea how you do that. In fact they had no plans on contacting me about a remaining balance and the management sounded befuddled when I asked if they were going to send me a email or even give me a phone call to tell me my remaining balance and what I was going to be charged for. They use a singular piece of paper that you sign during move out and I guess completely neglect the rest of the process. Even after all of that a simple apology and explanation for the misunderstanding would’ve been adequate but instead I got some nonchalant attitude for them not contacting me, not explaining my charges, and then sending me an email that wasn’t meant for me in the first place."

The staff immediately responds whenever we have a problem or need anything. We especially would like to give a big thank you to Brandon and Victoria. Brandon has always responded immediately whenever we need a maintenance issue fixed and he fixes the problem the first time. Also, thank you to Victoria. She has always been responsive to our wishes and continues to help whenever we need something or have questions. This Apartment complex is always being upgraded. They continue to stay ahead of any problems that normally occur in most apartment complexes."
