"I’ve lived here a year and a half and Silver Collection has never failed to be an extremely helpful and kind staff to work with. All my questions and concerns were always answered on the spot when I walked in. They were highly responsive through email/phone too. They are a military friendly community and were very understanding when it came to my early lease breaking for my short term notice PCS. Thank you Silver Collection for putting on so many festivities in your clubhouse for me to enjoy year round, quiet times by the pool, and my favorite, the gym!"

"The apartments are well maintained and management tries to accommodate residents as much as possible. Concierge trash p/u I my favorite. It is perfect for a senior citizen. The maintenance crew I cheerful and will help me anytime I bite off more than I can chew, Based on my personal experiences, I think you would enjoy living here."

"I loved living here for over a year and a half, I had to move due to a new duty station a couple of hours away, if I could have had done the commute, I would have. I had a 3 bedroom on the 4th floor and it was just lovely, very spacious and it just felt like home!! being in the military, I have lived many places, I was super happy with my decision to live here, and I'd do it again. Gordon moved me in, answered every question and was just wonderful to work with along with the rest of the staff; everyone had been nothing but friendly and respectful! I didn't have any maintenance issues so I didn't have any personal dealings with the maintenance staff but they seem to be nice, everyone spoke any time I saw them out on the property. Everything always seemed to be well kept. I loved the location, it was close to everything I needed. I also loved all the amenities....and the gym was pretty decent for an apartment!!! Best choice ever, and again, Gordon, thank you, You Were the BEST!"

"The staff at Silver Collection at Carl D. Silver Parkway are the BEST!!!! They always treat you with the utmost respect, kindness and professionalism!! Gordon, Randy, Drew, Corey and Ryan always go above and beyond to provide exceptional service and have truly become the best part of living here!! Everyone in the front office, and on the maintenance staff always greet you with a smile and take time to make sure everything is going well. The apartments are beautiful, and very well taken care of. All of the neighbors are kind and pleasant to interact with. Some have even become great friends!! If you are considering living here it is definitely the best around and everyone in the front office and on the maintenance staff will always make sure to make it the best experience possible. We can’t thank Gordon, Randy, Drew, Corey and Ryan enough for all their kindness and help throughout the last several years!!!"
