"Absolute horrible place especially if you have children Dice games at nighttime gunshot And a lot of rude tenants who smoke marijuana all throughout playground area. Total disregard for neighbors yet property management picks and chooses whom they feel comfortable confronting. And charging, while others continuwesley and blatantly disregard rules and regulations. Very few clean up after their pets. The grass is littered with dog feces. And I can go on and on...."

"So, I’ve read all the reviews and here is how I feel. My fiancé and I were one of the first people to move into the apartments and I believe the first people to move into our building. The inside is beautiful. No complaints there. What people are saying about the trash has nothing to do with New Post and everything to do with the tenants. I do not put that on New Post. And it has gotten a LOT better now that there’s not so many people moving in. There have been many many inspections and maintenance people in and out, which has been very annoying. But nearing the end of our lease it has significantly lessened. The apartments were BRAND NEW and although I would have preferred all the maintenance work to be done before we moved in, I understand there was probably still a lot to be done. We had pushed management to get us in as soon as possible so again, I don’t fault them. There was only one occasion where we did not get a notice and the property manager was EXTREMELY apologetic and explained how it had mistakenly happened. She’s not rude at all, like others are saying. I personally love her and always have great conversations with her. My only real complaint is that we have been asking for a better sealing for our front door since we moved in, and now nearing the end of our lease we still have not received one and we’ve addressed it with the office and gotten a maintenance order for it several times and nothing has ever been done. We constantly had crickets in our apartment over the summer due to the poor weather stripping/sealing to the front door. But that is literally my ONLY complaint and I have faith it will be fixed before we renew our lease. (Yes, we are planning to renew). As far as noisy neighbors, I don’t know how you fault the office for that?? We have someone in our building who likes to blast music at least once a week but, for all we know we could be just as loud. I’ve never thought it was serious enough to call the office about it or call the police. We are very easy going people and have loved living at new post. And as soon as the sealing under my front door gets fixed I will bump my review from 4 to 5 stars! Lol EDIT: they fixed our door issue! 5 stars now :)"
