"I just moved into these apartments. The office staff/management is SO nice and they really provide great customer service. The maintenance staff is also incredibly nice and helpful!! It’s so nice to live in a place that has amazing staff! Move in was easy and I’m enjoying my apartment. The visitor parking spots are in different locations but they make you aware of them and let you know visitors have to park in visitor spots so they don’t get towed. This apartment complex is located in such a great location!! The clubhouse has a coffee machine that I really like and is super cozy and nice! The clubhouse does close at 11pm but it opens back up at 5am I believe. So it’s not 24/7 but still open most the time. Overall I’m super happy!! I highly recommend living here. :)"

"I moved in last month, and my partner and I are very pleased with our experience. We were moving to Fredericksburg long-distance and could not come to the area beforehand to do any in-person apartment tours. We contacted a few other open apartments in the area, but they would either not fit what we were looking for or they would stop responding after they found out we couldn't do any in-person tours. Fortunately, we scheduled a virtual tour with Cobblestone Square through their website and did a virtual tour with Sarah the next day. We loved the apartment and how welcoming she was so much that we put in our application and were fully approved within the next few days. When we moved in, a few minor things needed to be repaired. We made a maintenance request, and they were fixed the next day. The maintenance staff were very professional and friendly to work with. We love the fact that the apartments are an easy walk from the train station and downtown but separated just enough so that it is calm and quiet. We also love having the bike path next to our apartment, the abundant visitor parking, and the beautiful common area in a cool historic former train depot. Again, we are very pleased with our experience so far."

"$1000 to move out even if left in immaculate condition. They will charge for underneath carpet “stains”. No option but to pay as lease requires lawyers for arbitration which they control. I requested their professional cleaning service as per lease and they NEVER did it, “lost” paperwork. No I will not contact you since this is an unresolved issue ongoing for 4 years now."

"The entire maintenance team has been stellar. Louis and Tracy took care of a few things as soon as I moved in. I appreciated their banter and sense of humor through my rough day. I have also met David, and he was extremely friendly. Please commend this crew, as they are absolutely stellar."

"My wife and I recently moved here last week, and so far, our experience has been great. We were on a time crunch to get moved into an apartment, and the leasing office staff was very friendly and helped us complete a next-day move in on very short notice. The pricing is reasonable (in my opinion), the complex is very clean and well kept, the neighbors in the community are very friendly and welcoming, and the maintenance staff is very timely with their service. Upon move in, there were a couple of light fixtures not working, and our sink was not draining, and a maintenance staff member was at our door within 5 minutes. He had everything back to working order within another 10. So far, I think my only complaint would be that there is only 1 garbage compactor and 1 recycling compactor on opposite ends of the complex. Other than that, I am very satisfied."
