"Not well maintained. Poor workmanship. Apt. doesn't look like the pics online. Ad says large closets. No closets on first floor. One small closet on 2nd floor. Cheap appliances. Mine has broken windows and screens. Dirty windows. No icemaker. Oven not self cleaning. The list goes on. On the rare occasions I see the "maintenance men" all they do is walk around and sit in their truck. This place is a disaster! The gutters are clogged, the grounds are a mess. I've never seen them go into an apartment to do any kind of repairs. Somebody moved out and the porch light is still on. I haven't seen either of them in there to check out the place and to clean it up, etc. They're here now and for the last 1/2 hr. I still see them in their truck as we speak. It's not like the apartments are FREE. All you guys do is collect rent. All I ever see them do is to mow the weeds. Even the walls on the porch aren't real wood. They're plastic. Now they're leaving. They're getting paid to do nothing. So sad. You might want to consider hiring men who care about the grounds and apartments. The owners of this place are almost "slum lords". Take the money and run!"
