"Anita Nick's experience below is similar to mine. The management here needs improvement. I am now wondering if they really want to rent out these units. Website has wrong layout. You can't reach them for a tour because they won't pick their phone. Manager says application was declined without details while their portal shows something different. I drove to the property only to be told I can't tour."

"I was so excited to see this building and go for a tour after seeing the reviews and the building amenities and great location and I had a feeling that the Tides could be my new home. But unfortunately, the moment that I saw the person who was supposed to give me a tour was so rude and disrespectful with me and my time, I honestly was about to leave without seeing the apartments. I was there to see 3 one bedroom units that had different layouts so that I could see which layout and view I like more. But the lady said that she doesn’t have time to show me the units and she only can show me 2 units because she has another appointment at 3pm and my appointment was at 2:45p and she had me waiting until 2:55p. I was ready to fill out the application for the apartment but with the attitude and unwelcome behavior that I received from that lady I did not even want to see the building anymore. I hope for other future residents this situation won’t happen and she is more respectful to people and their time."

"I toured the Tides and the Concierge was professional and inviting and the.leasing agent created me with the utmost kindness, knowledge, and respect. Although the community didn’t have a unit available that I originally wanted… he went above and beyond and found a unit that I was very happy and excited about. The view was spectacular! Hopefully all will be well with my move in experience."

"The building is beautiful. Concierge is nice and helpful always. Everyone in the leasing office is knowledgeable about the building and willing to help. Maintenance maintains a clean lobby, hallways, and overall cleanliness of the building. Great place for one or even a small family. Only downside is parking for friends and family can be expensive."

"I cannot say enough about this place. They go out of their way to make the residents feel comfortable. Several examples: Willy, the maintenance manager and his team came to repair something in the bedroom. Because we needed to move the furniture around, Willy not only moved it, but put it back in its place without having to do so. He went above and beyond to help. Keith, the daytime concierge stays extra late to help appreciate residents by hosting awesome events! He is always smiling and ready to help! Enoich, the evening concierge. What can I say about him? From his warm greetings when he sees you, to helping and accommodating in every possible situation you can imagine, I definitely rely on him to take care of a problem, if there is any. The Tides is turning out to be a community that I never expected and I am making friends that are neighbors!"
