"Very nice apartment building. Had it not been for the main attraction of the capital building view from the rooftop being blocked by the new building being built next door I would have moved in. Rooftop area is kind of small but pool was nice with ample seating. Vic from leasing was very kind and responsive. Prices are consistent with Navy Yard apartments however the cost of a 6th floor apartment was more than a penthouse at another building with more amenities. Something to keep in mind! Capital views available from some units and beautiful floor to ceiling windows. I enjoyed the self guided tour."
