"The Blackbird has been fantastic so far. I moved in 3 month ago and the service has been excellent. Staff is really approachable and and you cannot beat the access to all the restaurants and bar at the roost. I've also love their gym and access to peloton workouts :). I enjoy their amenities and how responsive they are in general. Looking forward to my time here."

"I have enjoyed living at Blackbird for almost two years now. The amenities are great--the gym has all that I need and is never too crowded. Any maintenance needs have been quickly resolved and the staff was so helpful when I moved to a larger unit earlier this year. Bertha and Angel have been very responsive to any questions I have and they are so sweet to my dog, who loves to visit them during the day. It's really nice to live in a building that feels like a community and the Roost below makes it even better!"

Angel has been instrumental in making sure his staff are accountable and professional, and when they weren’t they were gone. Bertha and Willy have been excellent and so are the maintenance gents."

"I lived at Blackbird for over a year and thoroughly enjoyed my time there! The management at this property was top-notch and any maintenance requests were handled promptly. Members on the team like Bertha and Willy made the living experience even better because they truly cared about the residents and took their time to get to know everyone. The location can't be beat; having direct access to the Roost downstairs, and the community events were, by far, the best events for any community in which I lived. They always had a great turn out for Bingo and Karaoke nights. I will miss the property, but definitely plan to stop by from time to time to speak to the friends that I made while there."
