"Beyond difficult to get in touch with someone. You'll hear them pick up and struggle to hang up on you. Then when you call back, they simply dont answer. Brought it to the management company's attention for that person to now not answer the phone."

"I wanted to move here but I’m not paying full rent when somebody is paying $100. Also they have people in the building not on the lease I heard and they keep it ghetto. Nice layout. But that’s in all new buildings"

"While the spaces itself aren't too bad, the incompetence of the management staff makes the whole experience and affordable cost not even worth it. There’s not an ounce of professionalism with those who work in the office, and there’s such a lack of urgency with communication and getting simple things done. You would be treated better anywhere else and I would recommend staying away from here if you value your time in any way."

"I've made several attempts to contact this property for leasing assistance and questions, only to get hung up on repeatedly! I was provided a 267 number to call the office (Which is not a DMV area code to begin with) to be told that the office number doesn't work and that is the assistant managers cell. Each time you call the number, the phone is answered, you hear the folks in the office, and they immediately hang up. As someone who works in property management myself, that understand the importance of reputation management, this is completely unacceptable as an industry standard, but furthermore, to the potential incoming residents of this community. Definitely not the way to gain occupancy! Looking elsewhere."
