"WORST PLACE EVER!!! i moved here 2 months ago, didn’t know the fridge had mice inside in the back of it, they knew we have a 6 month old baby and didn’t care moving us here in this conditions. Now we have mise all over the apartment, I’m really disappointed of this place! Also to get maintenance help I got to ask for 2 or 3 times so that they can came. I regret moving to this horrible place every single day of my life!"

"I have been trying to find the good in every negative situation at Fort Chaplin. Even though I could make everything negative about this comment; I'm going to say that if you are'nt contributing to making Fort Chaplin Park Apartments a better place to live without all the unnecessary drama-in the leasing department and community why bother commenting. With that being said Fort Chaplin Park Apartments will be a greater place to live if there was a code of ethics and moral within the community as a whole. That's including Leasing Management especially! Quality training is required to be a manager you can not bring your personal feeling to any business that deals with customers. Especially when it deals with their stability and way of life. I understand that this community is diverse and made up of many cultures but its not hard to treat people with respect no matter whom the are. You should not have to be disrespected for no reason. There should be fair housing opportunity no matter you personal status and no body should retaliate on you because you stand up foe your right. i.e. MOD issues. I moved in this environment hoping that is was about the mission stated on the website .However, I realized this place became a social classification of drama. All the people that was about community engagement left or relocated based on Leasing drama, house break ins from inside jobs, and Health reasons etc. Is it that difficult to live in peace? I guess it's how you look at the situation. Do I like living here: sure it's convenient but very complex- from a Leasing Management perspective. Teamwork and being in unification with your residents is very important. Without renters you can't live the lifestyles you have and without great management teams the problems still exist until you find a compromise."

"I’m not a resident at this property but have family and friends living there. On Sunday 10/8/2023, one of my friend that lives at the property had an event at the property event hall. I was invited. My car was parked at the parking lot. I’m a person living with disability and could not walk a long distance. The disability parking spots were all occupied so I parked in one of the available spot. I got to the event around 7:30pm. At exactly 9pm, I took my leave and head to the spot where I parked my car and the worst happened. My car back windshield was smashed into pieces. The security on duty was called and we discovered that one of the resident threw a bag of heavy trash all the way from 4th floor targeting the dumpster close to where my car was parked but unfortunately landed on my car windshield and destroyed it. This said resident had been doing this silly act for a long time as confirmed by the security. They knocked on her door but she refuse to open or even give them audience. I called the cops to report the issue and got a case ID. I visited the leasing office the following Tuesday because Monday was pubic holiday and the first person that attended to me was at defense of the resident. Imagine covering up for a criminal because this is nothing but a crime committed. I went back another day but they turn blind eye concerning my request of holding the resident responsible for breaking my car windshield. In fact, one of the staff told me to my face that my insurance should be responsible for it. She even lied that their security never mentioned anything concerning the issue. How about the person that did commit this crime? They cover her up. I heard from a good source that the management of the property disrespect residents that are blacks from Africa descent. This is what played out on my case as well and they did it in the open. The property manager is rude and disrespectful as well. I wish them well."

"Save your money my grandmother live here and it is infested with bed bugs especially building 17 I'm getting my grams up outta here and mind you the building was so called treated in June and they are not trying to address the issue at all. It's not just building 17 it's even the one by the rental office infested as well"

"Love this place (NOW) have improved allot. I’ve seen a lot of changes for the Good the management help you if need anything! The place is spacious they have a nice fitness Center, swimming pool for kids and adults, daycare center, in a lounge just to hang out.Not too far from metro. So why 4 Stars not five because nothing in the world is perfect Only Jesus!!! You’ll will like it here MY OPINION"
