"Michael was a great help with my life in process . Loving my apartment . Leasing staff is good and so is parking . No complaints !"
"The Cloisters Apartments was very disappointing, and I did not find it a great place to live. Packages were stolen, and people smoked and did drugs in the stairwell of my apartment complex. I often had to report these issues to the front office several times, and they never did anything to fix the problem except send out emails, which did nothing to fix it. My neighbor, who lived next to my apartment unit, was a mentally disabled woman who would bang and scream throughout the night. When I reported it to management and even higher-up leadership, they told me nothing could be done to fix the situation, and basically, I would have to deal with it. This created a safety hazard for others at the complex when social services and police had to respond to calls because people felt in danger, including myself. The inside of the apartment was old and needed serious remodeling to make the appearance look cleaner and better. Overall, I did not enjoy living at the Cloisters and left for these reasons."
"I recently had the pleasure of working with Michael from the Cloisters during my move-in process, and I am beyond impressed with the exceptional service I received. From the very beginning, Michael made the entire process a breeze, and his dedication to ensuring a seamless move-in experience was truly remarkable. First and foremost, communication was top-notch. Michael promptly responded to all my inquiries, whether they were via phone or email, and provided clear and concise information at every step. His willingness to patiently address all of my concerns not only alleviated any potential stress but also instilled a sense of confidence in the leasing process."
"The first time walking into the leasing office I was met with excitement and welcoming energy. It felt like I would be taken care of by real people and not people working for a corporation. That was super refreshing and since moving in anytime I have an issue their is fast response! The team developed here is awesome and filled with heart warming individuals and it almost seems to be curated by good management."
"Whatever terrible reviews you see. I second everything. I lived at the cloisters for a year and a half. What made us move instantly is we had rats in our apt - I put a maintenance request (for the rats and broken microwave) in and they all closed it out without contacting. Called them and let them know. They were suppose to come th next day. They only fixed the microwave. Didn’t even acknowledge the fact we had rats. So aside from that once we decided to move management was terrible with communication. Rude. Disrespectful. I told them I wasn’t about to pay to break my lease when they didn’t care I had rats in the apt. Aside from that MY BOYFRIENDS MOTORCYCLE WAS STOLEN - no help from the apts at all. When we initially called the leasing office asking if it was towed. They said no active towings were taking place and that it might have Been stolen. So they said they would contact the security office. But first she needed their number so she asked me. How are you working in the front office and not know the contact number to security??? My boyfriend made a police report - the detective couldn’t even get in touch with them. So my boyfriend basically lost $2600, transportation and income because he did courier services. I can honestly tell stories for days. Overall, this place sucks and so does it’s management Horning Brothers."
