"Since the new Community Manager Dina & Assistance Community Manager Latoya have taken over the this property. We're seeing a great turn over at The Gardens of Wingate. We're feeling safe that this community is a quite place to live as we're seeing more Security patrol and The maintence team are doing a great job on flipping the units as well as doing a great job with any repairs when you call the office. Keep up the great work management"

"We’ve lived here since 2019 and it just keeps getting worse. A few years ago our window was broken (we live on the ground floor) and we had to call every day for nearly a month to get it fixed. After I talked to DC office of tenant rights, then somehow miraculously the glass came in and they were able to fix it. Lately we’ve been dealing with the issue of our AC being out. We’ve called every day for 10 days and still hasn’t been fixed. We submitted an online request and still have to call to follow up. Every time we talk to someone, they say the same thing. Oh we’ll reach out to maintenance and they’ll be out today or we’ll follow up with you, and they never do. They’ve had multiple property managers in the years since we’ve been here and yet none of them seem to be able to get their employees to do their jobs. The only reason we’ve stayed is because they’re rent controlled but honestly at this point it’s not worth it. It’s wild to me that someone in the office has the time to respond to bad reviews but doesn’t seem capable of picking up the phone and explaining to me why my AC hasn’t been fixed yet."

"This is the worst place to move to, don’t walk run the opposite way! I’ve lived here 5 yrs it’s mice infested they don’t fix the holes so mice will keep coming, I haven’t had cabinets in my kitchen for almost 3 yrs and as much as I called about the cabinets I still didn’t get them up until the day I moved out! It’s horrible there but you best believe they want that rent on time! I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to my worse enemy!"

"This property wants to attract new tenants with the current and unsafe living conditions of their property. The security company is very unprofessional and lackadaisical. According to the Tenants Bill of Rights building conditions/warranty of habitability covers inside apartments and common areas safety and living conditions."
